Partners in Care
Once registered, patients and healthcare professionals work together to ensure the most appropriate care is provided and we encourage an active patient participation group to enable us to continue to meet the changing needs of the population and specific groups that we serve.

This partnership philosophy includes close working relationships with colleagues in the wider medical and social care network.
We are members of the North West Surrey Clinical Commissioning Group, which is responsible for commissioning healthcare services for around 350,000 people in North West Surrey across the boroughs of Elmbridge (West), Runnymede, Spelthorne and Woking. Their website provides updates on health campaigns and services available locally.
We are also part of the NICS Federation of GPs locally.
