This
website has been designed to tell you about the practice and the services that
we offer. Please read it carefully. We trust that you will find it helpful and
informative.
This practice was established
in 1952 by Dr J J Bourke in his home in Park Road, Woking called Sunny Meed.
Dr Bourke was joined by Dr Nelson who retired in 1996. Dr Greig joined the practice
in 1984 and resigned in 1999. Dr M Bourke joined in 1987, Dr Kelly in 1991, Dr
Rankin in 1993 and Dr Gil Rivas in 1999. In 1987 we opened our branch surgery
at Goldsworth Park Health Centre. The practice moved to new premises in 1991
and later became accredited for the training of doctors intending to become general
practitioners. The practice is now part of the Woking Primary Care Group.
We now practise from our main surgery, Sunny Meed Surgery, Heathside Road and
from our branch surgery at Goldsworth Park Health Centre.
